At Outdoor Factory, the İncirli Metro Station is an original subway design project that bridges Istanbul's historical fabric with modern art. Inspired by the historical route from the Ottoman period, where foreigners reached Bakırköy by following paths lined with fig (incir) trees, the design pieces together this historic journey with a contemporary interpretation.

While the illustrations extending throughout the tunnel reflect the cultural identity of the İncirli Neighborhood, specially designed wall reliefs symbolize the dream of a future where the children of the world can live together in peace and unity. Standing out with its subway station design, urban architecture, experience-oriented transportation projects, and sustainable urbanism approach, the project adds artistic value to Istanbul’s transit infrastructure by offering an aesthetic and meaningful experience for both daily commuters and local or international visitors.
