For every martyr, a rose and a cypress tree was planted at the 15 July Martyrs Memorial, which emphasizes on national unity.

The memorial features the names of 251 martyrs. The main construction used 125 tons of steel, and 3,400 square meters of Safranbolu Eflani fossil rustic green marble was used to pave the top and surrounding area. The entrance to the Islamic-Ottoman social complex is connected to a pathway.
