At Outdoor Factory, we brought the design and execution process of the Rize-Artvin Airport Tea Museum to life, aiming to promote Rize tea to the entire world and to narrate the journey of tea from the field to the cup along with its historical impact on the region. The museum offers an authentic tea plantation atmosphere, introducing visitors to the history and contemporary significance of tea.

Equipped with interactive experience areas featuring a simulation center and tea-tasting opportunities, the museum combines digital screens, immersive exhibition systems, and thematic design elements that unforgettably convey the story of tea—the region's most vital economic and symbolic asset.

Located within the terminal of this iconic airport, which features a tea-leaf-shaped entrance arch and a 36-meter-high control tower shaped like a traditional tea glass, the Tea Museum stands out as a unique experience space that crowns regional identity and architectural vision with a contemporary approach to museology. The Rize-Artvin Airport Tea Museum takes its place among Outdoor Factory’s strong references in the fields of airport museology and thematic exhibition design.
