At Outdoor Factory, we brought the comprehensive renovation project of the State Museum of

History of Uzbekistan—one of the country's most deep-rooted and prestigious institutions—to life. Blending modern technology and contemporary museology with an architectural design inspired by traditional Uzbek motifs and handicrafts, this transformation project has elevated the museum into one of the most impressive cultural experience centers in the region. Every layer of the museum was reimagined, from the entrance design and inventory layout to showcase curation and narrative storytelling. Hologram applications, custom lighting scenarios, animatronics, silicone sculptures, interactive screens, and multimedia presentations create an immersive environment that takes visitors on a journey through time. Each exhibition space was reconstructed to convey Uzbekistan’s thousands of years of history, its diverse peoples, cultures, and the pivotal turning points of these lands in the most emotionally and visually impactful way possible.
